Open to ages 6-16, Summer Camp at Ruby Ranch is perfect for kiddos who love horses, are always creating and love farm life! This year we will combine art, music, gardening and horse riding and care. During morning sessions (10:15-12pm), campers will rotate through different activities each day. Every camper will have the chance to ride a horse. We learn about horses through a balance of horse care, horsemanship, grooming and equipment, knowledge of anatomy, demonstrations with horse professionals, horseback riding, mounted and unmounted games, and horse crafts!
In the afternoon, campers explore the stream and farm with caring, safety conscious adults. This camp is held on a working ranch where kids can interact with horses under adult supervision, play in the stream, create art (including some pottery projects), cook, craft, sing and so much more!
