Join Emma on Saturday mornings for yoga by the creek!
Emma teaches hatha yoga, a specific sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. She’s been teaching since 2013 and practicing since 2007. It is her passion and gift to share with others. Expect to sweat, especially as the morning warms up along with our bodies. We do the best we can with no expectations or attachments.

Moving your spine, bringing your body and mind into alignment, increasing the oxygen content in your blood, opening your detox pathways, grounding into the earth next to a meandering creek, and igniting your flame so you shine your light brightly, inspiring others to do the same.
Drive over the bridge and park to the right. Walk to the bend in the creek. Bring mats, blankets and a water bottle.
